Exchange and withdrawal
Something wrong with your order ?
Track Protect can be returned 15 days after receipt of your order for an exchange.
Here are some conditions to respect to return your package to us:
- Track Protects must be in their original packaging (undamaged packaging)
- The Track Protect must be in their original condition and have been tried indoors only, the insole must not be damaged.
We will make a product exchange within the limit of available stock (we cannot guarantee to have the item in stock immediately upon receipt of your package.)
All you have to do is complete the return slip in your package (or downloadable at the bottom of this page).
The costs of return and re-delivery are the responsibility of the customer (unless there is an error on our part).
Warning ! For any preparation error, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org before returning the pair.
If you decide to return your Track Protect, put them back in their original packaging with the completed return slip.
To be sure, we recommend that you only try on your pair indoors and take care not to damage the protective sole.
In case of partial degradation of the product, we will not be able to fully refund the product.
Refunds are made upon receipt and control of the return (this may take more or less time depending on the volume of returns to be processed). They will appear in your bank account within 3-10 days.
You have 15 days to return your Track Protect from the date of delivery. We will only take back your pair if it is in its original condition and packaging.
